Buying a business with a business partner not my spouse. Will my spouse need to have a credit check?

I am hoping to purchase a business with a business partner. My spouse is not purchasing the business but since we are married will the bank still have to do a credit check on him?

    No. My man started a business with someone else who was married, and it only went by their credit.

    Only if he is going to be on the loan. They only care about the people that are on the loan and responsible for paying back the money. Good luck with your business!!
