No responsible lender will offer you a card without checking your credit history, best option in your circumstance would be to apply for a capital one classic card, i think the starting limit on that iis about 200 pounds.

Actually you can get a prepaid credit card where you deposit money with the lender and that officially becomes your credit limit. As long as you continue to deposit money into the account you will have credit available on the card

I doubt it, you get junk mail every day offering these great deals on credit cards then when you apply they more than likely will say you don’t qualify for the good deal mentioned in the offer because of your credit rating which I don’t think they even check, but you can get one at another rate which is the max or close to it.
I always tell people, don’t use credit cards period. The problem your having is because you have a low credit rating and a credit card will only worsen your situation. Read the fine print, all of it, if that doesn’t scare you away join the rest of the fools and get one. Cash purchases don’t accrue interest and you can’t spend what you don’t have.

None, all you can get is a visa check card, even a pre-paid card pulls your credit..
