    unlike freecreditreport.com, This one is actually free (once a year, to each of the big 3 agencies. Its ran by the US government)

    edit: Please don’t listen to all the freecreditreport.com answers. That website will let you check equinox once for free after you put in your credit card info. Then they charge you a monthly fee without really telling you, and the canceling process isn’t easy.

    There are many cons out there. But here, you can get 3 free credit reports each year. That’s 1 each from the 3 reporting agencies.

    When you go there, you get to choose one of the 3 credit agencies to look at (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion).

    You can go to once a year for free. If you want to view it more than that, you have to pay.
