I’m up for a job and the credit check is required as part of a background check. I discovered two years ago that someone stole my ID and opened a ton of accounts. I’ve removed all of the fraudulent information from one of my credit reports, but some of the information is still listed on the other two. Will this stop me from getting the job? I have been working to remove this information.
